Papaya Lassi Recipe
1 cup ripe papaya, diced and mashed well 1 cup plain yogurt 2 cups chilled water 2 tablespoons lime juice (optional) Few mint leaves Ice cubes A luxurious addition - a dollop of vanilla ice cream (add 2 teaspoon of sugar, in case you aren’t on a diet)
Use a hand blender to beat or blend yogurt and sugar, then add water and beat again. Add mashed papaya with all the seasonings. Add a dollop of vanilla ice cream in the glass and pour the lassi over it. Garnish with mint and serve cold.
